The appraisers who join our Appraiser Panel are independent contractors (or fee appraisers) and, as such, are not employees of Apple Appraisal If you are interested in joining our Appraiser Panel as a fee appraiser, please complete the form below. After we receive and review your information, we will send you an approval packet which outlines all of the documentation that we require in order to complete your approval request.

We take great care to ensure that the fee appraisers who join our Appraiser Panel possess the knowledge, experience, and commitment to quality that our clients expect and deserve.
Our approval process is thorough and multi-faceted; it may take 7-10 business days from the time we receive all of your documentation to complete. Please be patient with us as we review your submission.
To be eligible to join our Appraiser Panel as a fee appraiser, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
• You must have a minimum of five full years as a LICENSED or CERTIFIED residential appraiser.
• You must not have any pending litigation or disciplinary actions.
