Apple Appraisal, a Division of Trident Services LLC (Apple Appraisal) collects personal information that has been voluntarily provided. Apple Appraisal, Inc. only provides information to those who are directly involved in rendering services for each specific transaction. Apple Appraisal, Inc. will not disclose confidential information or appraisal results to anyone other than the client, persons specifically authorized by the client, state enforcement agencies, third parties, as may be authorized by due process of law, and duly authorized professional peer review committees, except when such disclosure would violate applicable law or regulation. It is unethical for a member of a duly authorized professional peer review committee to disclose confidential information.
