The time had come for us to do a major upgrade to our website, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. The look of our new website is far more pleasing than it’s predecessor and it is far simpler to use. Thanks to Scary Bear Designs for the new website!
Ordering an appraisal is easy with the link in the upper left-hand corner. Clients can also log in and check the status of their files. No more going to a link outside of our website to place an order.
The blog is much easier for us to use, as well, and we promise to keep the content fresh and focused on appraisal and mortgage matters. Look for upcoming posts on Energy Efficient Mortgages, The Best of Free AVMs and more.
Our Home Price Statistics page is going through a revamping, as well. Look for the new and improved statistics on what home prices are doing throughout California, in the near future.
We have added a knowledge base for users of appraisals and for appraisers. This will be a great way for you to get answers to simple questions.
We’re very excited about our new coverage map, as well. You can see that map HERE. We used Google Maps to create the map. Each red market represent the location of a qualified, Certified level appraiser that works with us. You can be certain that we have nearly all of California covered.
